InnoVision Awards Organization is proud to feature Richard Wool as the Keynote Speaker at the 2009 InnoVision Awards Dinner. Wool’s Bio-based materials research group is recognized throughout the world for advances in Green Chemistry and Composites Engineering. His unconventional materials science approach applies renewable raw materials such as chicken feathers, soybean oils, jojoba oil, and bamboo to fabricate high value products such as electronic circuit boards, hydrogen storage nanotubes, and hurricane resistant roofing. Wool is currently involved in a project in South Africa to produce energy efficient low income housing from agricultural products.
